Group Exercise

Our Group Exercise programme is one of the most comprehensive in the city. There's a wide range of classes to chose from, with something for everyone the whole year round. Our classes cater to all levels for fitness and ability. Come and have a chat with our staff to see which class best suits your needs.

Once you chose your classes, it's important to:

  • bring a towel and water bottle along to each session
  • try different styles and classes and be persisent - some classes take longer to pick up than others.
  • always ask the instructor if you have any questions or feedback
  • have fun, and bring along a friend or two.

Mega Danz

For those who LOVE to dance!! This class will give you a taste of many different dance styles as well as a great workout. The best thing is you don't need any prior dance experience. Come along and add some fun to your day.

Power

The latest weight training based Group Exercise class designed by Radical Fitness. Look out for the Bar only and Cardio class options. Experience greater variety while achieving fantastic results. (Radical Fitness Class)

Zumba

X55

The ultimate body workout, utilising a step and dumbbells. This class will push you to the EXTREME and help you improve your fitness, body tone, and condition. (Radical Fitness Class)

Fight-Do

Combines the best of Boxing and Martial Arts to provide an intense dynamic workout like no other! This class is action packed and not to be missed. (Radical Fitness Class)

Yoga

(Hatha and Asgtanga) to help improve flexibility, strength and tone. Come along and challenge the way your body moves. (Freestyle Class)

Pilates

A zero impact class which focuses on increasing core stability through stretching and strengthening routines. Suitable for beginners. (Freestyle Class)

Oxigeno

The latest mind-body class combines the best of Yoga, Pilates, Stretch and Ballet. This beautiful class will leave you feeling totally re-energised. (Radical Fitness Class)

Swiss Ball

This class will help to improve your muscle tone, strength, balance and co-ordination while doing a series of fun and challenging exercises. Add some variety to your exercise routine. (Freestyle Class)

Pump

The best weightlifting class around. Great for losing body fat, toning and strengthening muscles. (Freestyle Class)

Step

Step your way into shape with great moves and music. Suitable for all fitness levels. (Freestyle Class)

Circuit

A challenging interval-training workout using alternative weights and cardio stations. Ideal for sports people looking for that edge with their training. Circuit is a full-on conditioning and cardio workout! Circuit classes are held down at the Pipitea Fitness Studio.
